Non-executive Director Robert Craig has decided to step down from the Board of Directors. His resignation is as of the date 21st September 2026. Robert has been on the PFK Board for 3 ½ years and has decided now is the time to move on. The Board would like to thank Robert for his contribution during his time associated with the Company and wish him all the very best for his future endeavours.
